The Auditorium della Tecnica is one of Rome’s leading conference venues, conveniently located in the EUR business district and easily accessible from the city centre, airports and major transportation hubs.
Surgical Sessions
The surgical sessions will be performed at:
- IFO – Regina Elena National Cancer Institute, Rome, Italy
Additional participating institutions may be announced closer to the Congress.
Official Language
The official language of Challenges in Laparoscopy, Robotics & AI (CILR) 2027 is English.
Accommodation
To facilitate your participation in the Congress, a selection of rooms has been reserved at carefully selected hotels conveniently located within walking distance or a short drive from the Congress Venue.
Participants wishing to benefit from the specially negotiated Congress rates are invited to contact the Congress Secretariat to receive the list of partner hotels, check room availability and obtain the best available rates.
Reservations will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to hotel availability.

Visa Information
Participants requiring a visa to enter Italy are advised to contact the nearest Italian Embassy or Consulate well in advance.
Upon request, the Congress Secretariat will provide an official invitation letter to registered participants for visa application purposes. Please note that invitation letters do not imply any financial commitment on the part of the Congress Organizer.
