It is the product of teamwork, dedication, and a shared vision.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”10px”][vc_column_text]Our sincere gratitude goes to everyone who contributed to making this meeting possible: the entire team of the Regina Elena National Cancer Institute, the members of our International Selection Committee, the faculty, the moderators, the surgeons, and the exceptional Fedra Congressi team, whose professionalism and commitment have accompanied us throughout this journey.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”10px”][vc_column_text]The cornerstone of CILR & AI remains its Live Surgery Program. This year, we had the privilege of witnessing 38 highly complex surgical procedures, many of them facing rare diseases and particularly challenging cases. These operations are not only the witness of technical mastery, courage, judgment, but also the rational support to educational value of live surgery itself. Perioperative outcomes reported below are the proof of outstanding surgical quality of our invited surgeons.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”10px”][vc_column_text]Equally important was the Semi-Live Session, which has become an integral component of our meeting since its introduction in 2018. Through carefully selected cases performed throughout the year, this format continues to offer unique educational value, focusing attention on key aspects of surgery in a restricted time frame, therefore completing the educational value of a live surgery-only event. Thanks to the International Selection Committee composed of 14 esteemed colleagues, who selected 28 videos through a blinded reviewing process.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”10px”][vc_column_text]Our scientific agenda was further strengthened by five outstanding panel discussions dedicated to some of the most relevant topics in contemporary urology: Radical Prostatectomy, Partial Nephrectomy, Reconstructive Surgery, Artificial Intelligence, and Emerging Technologies in Prostate Cancer. These sessions highlighted not only where we stand today, but also where our specialty is heading in the years to come.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”10px”][vc_column_text]Beyond the scientific program, CILR has always been about something more: friendship, collaboration, mentorship, and the creation of an international community united by a passion for innovation and patient care.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”10px”][vc_column_text]And there could have been no better setting for this gathering than Rome, a city that continues to inspire us with its history, culture, beauty, and timeless spirit.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”10px”][vc_column_text]As we return to our institutions, our operating rooms, and our patients, we hope that each of us takes home not only new knowledge and new skills, but also renewed enthusiasm for the work we do every day.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”10px”][vc_column_text]We thank you for your participation, your trust, your friendship, and your contribution to the success of 2026 CILR & AI, and we look forward to welcoming you again in Rome for an inspiring and successful edition of CILR on June 3-4-5, 2027.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”10px”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row css_animation=”” row_type=”row” use_row_as_full_screen_section=”no” type=”grid” angled_section=”no” text_align=”left” background_image_as_pattern=”without_pattern” css=”.vc_custom_1509560000005{padding-top: 10px !important;padding-bottom: 60px !important;}”][vc_column][vc_raw_html]PHAgc3R5bGU9ImZvbnQtc2l6ZToxOXB4O2ZvbnQtc3R5bGU6aXRhbGljO2NvbG9yOiMxODYyOTQ7bWFyZ2luLXRvcDoxMHB4OyI+Vml0byBhbmQgR2l1c2VwcGU8L3A+[/vc_raw_html][/vc_column][/vc_row]

[vc_row css_animation=”” row_type=”row” use_row_as_full_screen_section=”no” type=”grid” angled_section=”no” text_align=”left” background_image_as_pattern=”without_pattern” css=”.vc_custom_1509560000001{padding-top: 90px !important;padding-bottom: 10px !important;}”][vc_column][vc_column_text] A Thank You Message from the Course Directors [/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”10px”][vc_column_text] Rome, March 2026 [/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_separator type=”normal” color=”custom” accent_color=”#186294″ border_width=”3″ el_width=”10″ align=”align_left”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row css_animation=”” row_type=”row” use_row_as_full_screen_section=”no” type=”grid” angled_section=”no” text_align=”left” background_image_as_pattern=”without_pattern” css=”.vc_custom_1509560000002{padding-top: 10px !important;padding-bottom: 10px !important;}”][vc_column][vc_column_text]Dear Friends and Colleagues,[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”10px”][vc_column_text]As we came to the conclusion of CILR & AI 2026, we would like to keep the momentum reflecting on these extraordinary days spent together.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”10px”][vc_column_text]This edition of CILR & AI…

["post-1463","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry
["GET
