Standard Cancellation Policy

Super Early Registration expiring September 30th, 2025 is a NOT REFUNDABLE RATE!
All other registration fees will be refunded in full, less 10% administrative fee, if written cancellation is received by March 3rd, 2026.
No refund will be given for cancellations received after March 3rd, 2026 or if you register but fail to attend.

Name Change

Every name change of delegates, trainees/residents, or emerging country delegates will be charged € 100,00 each.
